Liserl

Our "Liserl" with a size of about 90 square meters is located directly on the lake and has a spacious sun terrace.

This apartment is dedicated to "Liserl", the mother of Markus Leitner. She previously ran the "Gästehaus Rauch" and was painted as a child by her father Franzl with oil on canvas. The painting with the dedication: "My Liserl" now adorns our luxurious apartment on the lakeside.

The apartment has a large, open-plan living-dining area with a cozy living area with open fireplace, TV, a cozy dining area and a modern kitchen including all amenities and accessories. The view of the lake and the mountains is wonderful and can be admired both from the kitchen and the large bedroom. The larger bedroom (about 15 square meters), with access to the separate lake balcony, is equipped with a large built-in wardrobe, TV and a comfortable double bed. The second bedroom (about 11 square meters) has another double bed, TV and wardrobe. From here you can reach the "utility room" with its own washing machine and dryer. The large bathroom is equipped with double vanity, bathtub & toilet. The smaller bathroom with vanity, shower & toilet.
